Fills Out Form Trigger

Hi there,

I am setting up a smart campaign and want it to run for anyone who has filled out this form in the past week or so, and trigger for anyone who will fill it out in the future once the campaign is active.

Will this work? Not sure if date of activity will activate it for past form fills.

No, Date of Activity will not make a trigger retroactive. Only a batch will find those activities.

You'd need to run a separate batch campaign for those who have already filled in the form.  Just clone the campaign and change the trigger to a filter.

If I run the cloned campaign as a batch using the trigger at the same time, there's no risk of leads being duplicated in both campaigns, correct?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.  If you run a batch you can add a time constraint for everyone before the Triggered campaign was turned on to prevent that happening.
