I am using an embedded Marketo form on our wordpress website www.signanthealth.com/contact-us. There is a visibility rule that says to display the state field if the country field chosen is United States. I've tested the form in preview and on a Marketo landing page and the field appears as expected. However, the field does not display on the website and I can't figure out why.
I don't have progressive profiling or form pre-fill enabled on the form. I saw that referenced in some other articles.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the field is critical for us.
Here's the setup in Marketo.
It's not because it's embedded, it's because you have a duplicate hidden form with the same ID on the same page.
Remove the highlighted form and it'll work.
