Anyone know why the fieldset label on my form won't change? No matter what I change it to in the form editor when it is in live or preview view it still says "fieldset label".
Hi Dory! Thanks for your insight after I got your message I called support (didn't want to have to start over 🙂 apparently there is a second label box in the visibility rules that we have to change if the visibility rules are enabled before we changed the label.
Thanks again you gave me something to work with that put me on the right track to getting this resolved.
Hi Shannan, do you have any field visibility rules enabled? I've found that if you add visibilty rules before changing the label name, then the label name change doesn't perpetuate into the visibility rules.
Otherwise (and this is silly), delete the field and re-add, and usually that works for me.
