I have a field in salesforce that is not syncing over to marketo. The field is a pick list. Is it not possible for pick list fields to sync when no other fields were updated?
This field is typically updated on its own, on individual contacts.
What do I need to do to get this to sync over?

you may want to check Marketo API permission at the salesforce side, typically this kind of syncing error comes when Marketo API role doesn't have permission to update certain fields.
