We've recently connected our Marketo CRM to Facebook in order to push lead information from our Facebook ads/form over to Marketo. The Launchpoint integration and field mapping on the Marketo side is correct and active, and the CRM connection on the Facebook side is correct and active too. When we test the form on the Facebook side using the form developer tools, we receive a 'success' status within the payload script. However, our test information is not being pushed over to our Marketo database. We've been in contact with Marketo support, have disconnected and reconnected the integration as their support suggested, but still not receiving the form test information on the Marketo side. Does anyone within this community have suggestions to troubleshoot this issue? Or any suggestions from those that may have experienced the same issue?

We encountered the same issue and discovered that the specific Facebook page within the Launchpoint integration was still registered to an older Marketo instance. This is why the new connection would not persist and data would not push to Marketo. Try to contact Marketo Support to delete the old connection so that you can then properly establish the new connection.
