Exporting activity logs

Is it possible to export the full activity log for a lead? We're looking to do an analysis of leads and are combining various data sources. Having the full activity log would be beneficial.

I know it will be a feature in the next release, but I don't think it is available as of now. We are waiting for this capability as well.
