Anyone else use EventBrite and Zapier to sync registrants over to Marketo?
My trigger was working yesterday when I tested it, but it's no longer recognizing new registrants to my event. I've tried setting up another zap, reconnecting EB, etc, but no luck. It still only pulls my old (deleted) test email from early yesterday afternoon and not new registrants.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what you did to solve it.
Can you show us the workflow or other issues? How is your data flow - does it go to Marketo first, or Eventbrite first?
Is your account suspended?
I heard back from Zapier support later on Friday afternoon and they said this is a known issue with EventBrite at the moment and their dev team is working on it. They didn't say how long it would last, but I suppose I'm glad I started fiddling with it a month before the email invitation needs to go out. Procrastinating on other projects finally has a fruitful ending Well, I hope.
