Error when trying to create a new email template or landing page template

In Design Studio when I try to create either a new email or landing page template I get the following message:
There are errors with some of the fields. They have been highlighted below.

There is nothing highlighted and the circles continue to rotate  ... until I hit cancel.

Thank you for the quick response.  It didn't work for 2 days and today when I went in to try and take a screen shot, it works.  No idea why, just happy that I can create template again.

Some questions to help:
1. Does it happen across multiple browsers?
2. Are other users experiencing this?  
3. Is there a screenshot you can share?
