Hoping someone can help with an error I am receiving.
In the past I have cloned my campaigns without an issue. But today, not matter what I call the clone I get this message.
Program clone failed — A program with that name already exists; please choose another name
It is really strange because I am doing exactly what I have done previously and I have tried multiple names that I know do not already exist. I even tried "fhiefheifh" and apparently that already existed also.
Some assistance would be great, thank you
We're starting to see this as well. Contacting support now. Curious, have you checked with Support - and if so, what did they tell you?
Small correction: the error that we're receiving is "Program clone failed - A REPORT with that name already exists; please choose another name". Which makes no sense at all. As long as the assets are within a program, there's no need to use unique names for those assets (like reports). I hear back from Support, they were able to replicate it and has now been sent to tier 2 support.
I just ran into this issue again. Creating two email reports within a program and no error. Any update from Marketo support? This becomes increasingly frustrating when permissions block me from deleting any type of report so I am unable to revert the problem.
