Well that’s pretty darn weird.
I was wondering if your instance had an older Munchkin ID that might still be used to form the REST URL but that’s not the case. Open a Support ticket because they forgot to set up your DNS record.
You’ll have to provide the URL (including the hostname generating this DNS error). This isn’t enough to work with.
Hi Sure,
https://484-jps-323.mktorest.com/
The hostname 484-jps-323.mktorest.com doesn’t exist in the public DNS. It wouldn’t matter whether you’re using a particular browser — though I’m not clear what you mean to accomplish in a browser anyway, since you can’t call the REST API from the browser.
Can you please show a screenshot of the Marketo Admin section where you’re getting this Munchkin ID?
Also it would be good to explain what your API project is so we don’t have an XY Problem.
Hi,
I have tried it through the REST API Client like postman ans NodeJS code as well. Still not able to access the URL.

Well of course. Because the hostname doesn’t exist. That’s what NXDOMAIN means — doesn’t matter how you try to hit it.
Please get a screenshot of the Admin » Web Services screen showing this is your actual REST API URL.
Sure, will share with you aspa. I followed this link
