Engagement Stream Cadence

About to activate my very first engagement program! Question regarding the stream cadence,  I setup to have content send out every 2 weeks on Tuesday.  When I add people to the stream (batch add), will they get the first content 2 weeks after the first add? or that first Tuesday?

They should get it on the first Tuesday, then every tuesday two weeks after that. (My assumption)

Adam is correct.  You can also verify when is the next cast by mousing over the cadence.  See screenshot below:
