Hi Jenn, Did you have any luck with this? We seem to be having a similar issue with the engagement program, specifically not being able to turn the programs back on. I just wonder if it's a wider issue but I've raised a ticket.

We are still experiencing the issue even after changing browsers and clearing my cache. I put a ticket in and am working with Support on getting it resolved. I believe Support is escalating it to the engineering team.
