Engagement program cadence does not work as per setting

Hi Rockstars

I set up an engagement program cadence to go on the first Thursday of every month at 3 pm. But, it just picked up the email and sent it on Wednesday (today 3 pm). I am pretty sure it's not yet Thursday anywhere in the world. 

I am confused! Help!

System time is Australian Eastern Standard time. I bet you we are the first to reach any date in the world, except for NZ!

Yes, was it your start date? The new feature lets you specify a date to start.

Could it be that the first Thursday has already past?  What was your start date?
