Encoding issue on using Marketo REST API

I have an issue with encoding while update email content.

URL is 

/asset/v1/email/{emailId}/content/{contentItemId}.json

Result of execution is successful.

Original string is

Have you verified the encoding as the server sees it by using an echo service like http://requestb.in/?
