Emoji in SMS

Hello Everyone,

We are using webhooks to send SMS from Marketo. Would like to know the approach being followed in other organizations on below.
1. How the emoji's are being used in SMS content, when Text Tokens are used for content?

2. If an instance have more than 20+ workspaces, and each workspace have 20+ SMS campaigns, how it is handled? 

3. Is there any other possibility than creating multiple webhooks and tokens?

4. Any suggestions / easier way for sending multiple campaigns from multiple workspaces?

Please let me know your suggestions.

It's better if you specify what SMS service you're actually using as they have different encoding restrictions.

AFAIK the restriction of 20 simultaneous webhook connections is across all workspaces in the instance.
