Re: Email using Email Programs not showing in Email tab in Sales Insight

We sent an email this week for the first time using the Email program. That emai lis not showing in the Email tab in Sales Insight (we're integrated with Salesforce.com. Has anyone run into this before? Is there a step we missed that is required for this to show?

I am having the same problem and it is a known issue, if you call support or submit a ticket you can get alerted when it is fixed.
