Creating report looking at Lead Score

I am trying to create a report that gives a week by week look at people that have reached a certain status (in this case, became status: Marketing Qualified). In our company, anyone that reaches a score of 50+ will automatically become Status: Marketing Qualified. How do I create this report?

Hi Matt,
In the Analytics section, there si a default report caleld "Leads by Status"

I believe this is what you are looking for.

If you want to create a list of leads with the lead details, create a Smart List and use the "Lead Status" filter.

Sorry! Missed the "week-by-week" part. 

In the Smart List of the report, you can put the filter "Data Value Change: Lead Status. New Value: Marketing Qualified. Data of activity: Last 7 Days". 

You can use the same filter in a regular Smart List to pull a list of leads.

Getting there, but not quite yet. Ideally, this is what I would like to recieve every week:

 A graph of Leads that have become Lead Status: Marketing Qualified.

Week 1: there were 8 people that became an MQL 

Week 2: there were 23 that became MQL

Week 3: There were 14

Week 4: There were 11

and so on...

How do I generate this?
