Email Performance report - max time frame

 Im trying to pull out the email performance report however the data showing very less although I selected all time, I know that as per the new retention policy some email activities will be retained for 25 months and some only for 90 days. But does this also affect the email performance report? Whats maximum time period that we can select for this report?
