Kat is correct! We use the heat grid in RCA. But we send out globally. So make sure you adjust the report to split time zones. You might want to use the field organizer in lead database to create regions first (make sure you enable those for RCA).

Hi Tim,

I believe the Email Analysis is a feature available in Revenue Explorer. If you have RE but can not locate Email Analysis I would contact Marketo Support.

Unless I missed something, this is not possibe off the shelf.

You can use the Email Performance reports to monitor opens and clicks. Your user time zone will determine this.
