Can anyone advised - for or against- using a "view email in browser" link to forward to people who did not receive the original email? Will that link expire like a cookie at some point? Is there a way to make that email viewable in a browser without having to forward people the original email?
Lots of discussions about this in the past, if you search.
You must not share the View as Web Page link for one recipient with another recipient, because the page and the links on it are personalized for the original user, resulting in session mixing.
You might forward the View as Web Page link for a sample email, which won't have the personalization problem, but that often looks pretty ugly.
