Hi Everyone,
There are two Marketo users in our office, myself and a colleague. My colleague, at least once a day, loses his work in Email Editor or when Previewing an email, and he screams "My @$#^#& email was erased, again!"
I'm not sure if there is a difference, but he's on a PC and I'm on a Mac. Or maybe it's the browser? Or maybe other people experience this problem and there's a solution?
Thoughts? Suggestions? Solutions?

Have you spoken with Support?
What does he mean it is erased? Does the browser crash? Does it break somewhere else?

Hi Josh,
No, we haven't spoken with Support. He'll hit save, or a pop-up window will populate sharing an error of sorts, then he goes back to the email and it's either erased, or his changes were not saved. Browser switches between Firefox and Chrome.
