Email Batch Program is approved or in progress, can NOT move it.

I am trying to move programs from Archived into active in order to report from them. However, I am getting a notification saying "Email Batch Program is approved or in progress, can NOT move it.". Just wondering how I can determine where that email batch is occurring so I can pause/stop it?

You can use Campaign Inspector.

But an active batch should not be in Archived. You should go through the program to find the clock icon that is causing the problem.

But you can also just unarchive the folder by right clicking on it. Do keep in mind that Archving does NOT remove anything from reporting, so I am unsure why you need to do this anyway.

Campaign Inspector doesn't find it. I also don't have the option to unarchive a folder by right clicking on it.
