Marketo email alerts never make it to my inbox (or even Spam). Any ideas on how to fix this?

I had the same problem, but I figured out that what triggers the email alerts to send us needed to be recurring batch. It was specific to form fills. Not sure if yours is the same scenario.

We had same issue and this was due to our mail server which was considering emails from Marketo as spam. The emails were therefore blocked at a server level that's why we couldn't see them, even in our spam box.

Are you asking about operational Marketo emails, like reset password or report subscriptions, or alerts sent via the Send Alert flow step?

Delinda's solution is probably a good choice. If you're running into the latter case, I've seen some fairly strict filtering by email systems when the from address is your company but from a different email server than the main one.

And be sure you have configured SPF and DKIM records for Marketo's email server.  Read the Set up SPF and DKIM for your Email Deliverability help article for more info on this.

Have you added marketo to your corporate email whitelist? Also, double-check that the from and reply to email address are in valid email address format.
