Validating email during data capture

Hi

Does anyone know how we can to create a email validation during data capture using forms.

eg. Reguiring the registrant to enter their email address twice in seperate fields.

The best solution i've seen is to implement StrikeIron integration which will check email validity right as users fill out the email address fields in your forms.
