Email A/B test

Hey guys, 

Quick questions! I setup a email A/B test but I forgot to add a list to the smart list (oops) So the campaign was set to launch this morning, when I went into it to see how it was doing there were no emails sent... hmmmm Yup I approved everything before adding anyone to the list. 

But NOW it won’t let me unapproved anything because everything is in use. It won’t even let me delete the program! Any thoughts? It looks like I’m locked out from doing anything with the program. I'm not even sure how to get in there, pause it, add the people and re-schedule it for a later time today. 


Am I missing somethign simple here?

That is an oversight since there is on on a campaign.

Under Schedule, is there an Abort button?

You could also call Support to ask them to stop it. It should not have activated with no smart list or 0 qualified people.

Nope, no abort button.. i'll contact support but it's so weird that i'm not seeing anything to stop this program

Interesting. I called Marketo and we found a solution to the problem but that seems like a silly thing to leave off 🙂
