Elements used to build this landing page / form?

My team loves the design and functionality of this Reachforce landing page and quiz. From the source I can see they utilized Marketo; however was the quiz created solely using Marketo forms or were any other tools used to create it?

Looks like it was put together using custom CSS and some basic math functions in JavaScript.

Certainly doable for a front-end developer familiar with Marketo...you can reach out to me if you're interested in building something like it

Not a Mkto form, but no reason it couldn't be given a skilled CSS person.

The question is about aggregating results across fillouts. Marketo isn't good at that.
