I've sent out an official email with the word "test" in the subject line. When I've realized it the total sent in the smart campaign was 269, so I've immidiately edited the subject line by deliting "test". I've approved the email and the smart campaign was still running.
Do you think it is possible? May the remaining leads have received the email with the correct subject line?

No, it went out with the incorrect subject line.
You can try aborting the campaign, but it's probably too late now.
You can clone the flow and send the correction if you want.
