AFAICT, this error happens when Marketo can't find a unique identifier (Dynamics GUID) for a record, often due to duplicates or missing field values. You can find the existing records in Dynamics -- and the corresponding synced Marketo record, and then merge the records in Marketo (the one that's syncing with the Dynamics record and the record on which you're seeing this error). Ensure that the record that's syncing in Marketo with Dynamics has the correct Dynamics GUID. Hope this helps, and pls do let us know what you find. 🙂
