Dynamically hide/show/populate State/Province dropdown based on country selected?

So, I know there is an article about this but I can't seem to access it. Can anyone give me a rundown on how to hide/show/populate a State/Province dropdown if the user selects the US or Canada? I believe there is a script on the marketo servers which does this but I don't remember where...

Don't waste too much hours on this one. Marketo will release Forms 2.0 soon. This has built-in else-in statement functions, where you can easily do this. No more jQuery! Awesome!
