First, we use a custom double opt-out unsubscribe for our enewsletters. (We don't use the system unsubscribe.)
I've built a custom HTML template with two dynamic blocks: at the top and in the footer.
- Prospects will see in the dynamic block 1, "Opt-in to get more timely tips like these." (segment built & associated for the non-subscribers)
- Subscribers will not see dynamic block 1 but will see the custom opt-out in dynamic block 2. (segment default is associated with subscribers)
- Prospects will not see the custom double opt-out in the footer.
Problem: Both the default (subscribers) & segment (non-subscribers) show the unsubscribe info.
Help.
Yes. I've tested it multiple ways, but the unsubscribe snippet, which should only appear in the non-subscriber version, keeps appearing.
