dynamic content meets A/B test

how do you do A/B test IF you are already using dynamic content (and use subject lines for different buyers)? if I configure 4 subject lines in the main email program.. would that overwrite what I specified in dynamic content?

You could set up a manual A/B test (use Random Sample 50/50) if you want to keep dynamic content!
