A couple of things to think about…
1. 1. Use of interesting moments. Interesting moments (if you have Sales Insight) allow for you to pick what you want them to see (so you could set it up to show when leads fill out high value forms, attend events, etc.). The use of Sales Insight also provides them email interaction and web visit information on leads.
2. 2. If you have a specific dashboard or some other view/program you want this information in, it looks like Marketo is releasing a Bulk Extract functionality next week (http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/) that may help you out as well.
That said, I’d recommend starting small with the use of the Marketo program to SFDC campaign sync, Sales Insight, and report subscriptions. This way the sales reps don’t get too overwhelmed with data in the very beginning.
