Does Marketing Event Mobile App sync 100 for you?

There was an issue with the iPad app at my most recent event.
I had a walk-in who had not registered, so I added him to the app easy enough, then checked him in. I then synced and the sync worked according to the app. The info for the new addition, however, didn't flow to the MKTO  campaign after I synced. His name isnt in the list of Registrants export.

Has this ever hapened to you? How do I fix it?

We have not had this problem using the iPad app.  Was a lead record created in Marketo?  If so, what does the Activity Log show for smart campaign and progression status activity at the time the new lead was created?

No lead record was created in Marketo for the attendee I added through the app, though the app was definitely synced several times since then.

He is in my Attended list in the App. Is that the Attended  list you are referring to?

Create a new smartlist.

Make it look like this by using the Add Constraint button:

Check the leads tab. See if your contact is there.

A lead record should have been created in Marketo, when you added the lead through the app. Since one was not created,  I would suggest you create a case with Marketo tech support on this one.
