Do Comm Limit reachers count as soft bounces?

Hi all,

If someone reaches their communication limits for the day or week, are they included as a soft bounce in the email performance report?

If not, would they appear in the Sent or Delivered count?

Thanks!

To be clear:

1. Reaching Communications Limits certainly does not log a Soft Bounce in the Activity Log.

2. It also does not log Delivered. That wouldn't make sense, as Delivered literally means the remote mailserver accepted the email.

3. A Sent Email activity will be logged, but with a special notation that tells you the email was not actually attempted:

4. Despite the presence of a Sent Email activity, the attempted send will not appear in an Email Performance Report. This is one of many ways in which canned reports differ from the raw Activity Log... reports are on the one hand "smarter," but on the other hand potentially misleading. (Knowing what a report actually does is critical to building equivalent dashboards based on the raw logs.)

Those blocked by communication limits should not be included in email performance reports. In the activity logs, you'll be able to see if someone was not included in an email send due to hitting their communication limits.
