I am getting above mentio error does anyone know how to solve it.

You can configure this in Admin > Email > DKIM. So something must be off.
Note: you cannot "configure" DKIM via Marketo. This has to be done via your IT/DNS owner. You can get the TXT value and the Host record frpm the admin and you should be set. Once obtained you need to send them both do the people/departments above to add the following syntax:
m1._domainkey.YOURDOMAIN.YOURTLD
v=DKIM1;k=rsa;p=YOURLEY
Once one it should be a case of set, and wait for TLL/Propagation
Yes, I meant you have to do part of this in the Admin section.
It sounds like he did not setup DNS or it is wrong.
