Different actions based on field selection in forms?

Hi everyone,

We have a form right now that we'd like to add a "Do you wish to be contacted" field to. If they select yes, we'll send them the information they requested, and send their lead info to Salesforce so our sales team can act on it. If they select no, then we'll just send them the info that they requested and not add them to salesforce.

I've tried looking at the campaign actions, and I can't seem to find something that would specifically have something like "If form field is [Yes], then send to SDFC." 

Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Hi Josh,

I think you should be able to add a choice to your add to campaign step similar to what I did below. You can just erase the default campaign name and it will revert back to "Do Nothing". I used unsubscribed below to show how it would look for a true/false field--you would replace that with whatever your "Do you wish to be contacted field" is.
