Deliverability issues to Yahoo mail

Hi, 

 

We recently sent out a Marketing newsletter that had a lower deliverability than we normally see. It wasn't massively down but normally we have a deliverability of 99% but this send we had a deliverability of 97.5%. I've been doing some digging and it looks like half of the emails that should have received the emails but didn't are yahoo.co.uk email addresses. Has anyone experienced any issues with sending to this email client before? If so did you find out what caused it?

Was the size of your audience much larger than before? Verizon can be quite picky when they are faced with large volumes from the same sender and block you. It can be that your overall audience is large, but if the amount of included Verizon recipients is high, that causes the issue.
