I have deleted a user using Admin field however all our emails are still coming from her address. How do I change that?
If the From: or Reply-To: is hard-coded, you have to change that at the email level.
If a token such as Sales Owner E-Mail, this will persist on the lead even if there's no corresponding Marketo user.

You have to go to each Email Asset to change this.
Marketo marketing sends emails to every user and sometimes retains that address in their SFDC even if you deleted it.
