How can I see email stats broken down by day of the week? For some reason I cannot figure out how to do this. Basically we want to see how effective (if at all) our emails are when sent on weekends.

This can be done in Revenue Cycle Explorer (RCE) - Revenue Explorer - Marketo Docs - Product Docs.
If you don't have RCE, try using Email Insights.
