Customising Marketo LP templates - advice needed

hi,

we're currently trying to customize our marketo LP templates and would really like to use a different information input type. Currently, standart LP layout has blocks with absolute position on a LP.

It imposes a lot or restrictions when trying to adapt the page for various mobile devices. Is there a better way to input information in a grig-like way (bootstrap)(http://getbootstrap.com/css/#grid)

Meaning that we create a page grid structure first, and fit in the blocks we need afterwards?
