CTR Heat Map

I've seen this issue brought up a few times in the past few years, but have not seen a definitive answer. Looking for any sort of integration to generate CTR heat maps (see format below) for our emails. I know that Marketo has the Link Activity Report, however we are hoping to be able to present the data visually.

RCE has a click data option, but it's not visual like that.

I haven't heard of a tool to extract this data and create it. I wrote a short guide to pulling this data from the ELP report and then reconstructing it manually on an image.

You may be able to tie Litmus or EmailonAcid to do this using their campaign tracking features.
