CSV file upload issues

Can someone tell me why I am getting an error that reads: File is not in a supported format. Must be in a comma-, tab-, or semicolon-delimited text file. when I am uploading a CSV file?

Hey Megan,

Can you please try  manually setting the File Format field to "Comma Separated Vales" and then try uploading the list?

I also ran into this issue last week when I was trying to upload a CSV with just one column. I added a second column (with no info) and it worked.

Also, your CSV may have a different character to separate values than what Marketo recognizes - commas. Try changing the settings to change the character that separates the value to a comma(thus replacing any other character)

Also, try to "save as" your file in a CSV file format and click "yes" to change the file forma
