Creating a Custom Tab for the Lead Detail Page: can we custom at a user level?

Hi,

If, as an admin, I create a custom tab (see article here) this will automatically update view of all Marketo users within my company, right?

If yes, is it possible to update at a user level so each user can highlight the fields that there are interested in. Especially because among our Marketo users, not everybody has same role (and so same info need).

At this moment the Custom Tab is the same for everyone. Maybe they can create a custom Column set in the list view that contains all the fields they need?

I'd like to 2nd Cecile's suggestion. This is a question that has come up from our users and we received the same response. If the custom tab is truly custom we'd like the ability to adjust the view based on our users permissions ie workspace. For large enterprise organizations looking at all of the custom fields on the lead info tab is overwhelming for individual field marketers who only are responsible for their products. If this can become an idea & circulated amongst the community that'd be great!
