Could this flow step stop leads from being imported to SFDC?

I cloned a working  campaign.  The only thing I changed was that I removed it from going through our lead assignment rules (in Marketo) and replaced it with the step below.  The reason I did this is that the list I was uploading didn't have address info but I knew all the leads should in general go to Jemel.  I was trying to make sure that if there was an existing lead owner it stayed with him/her.  If not, it would go to Jemel.

None of my leads passed through.  I know it's difficult without seeing the entire flow but I'm wondering if anything here stands out.  Thanks so much!

Hi Karen, did you have any type of a step that said "sync to SFDC"? Or a sync to an SFDC campaign? One of these is typically required to get the information into SFDC.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I forgot to import the names to my list.  I suppose that will cause some problems.  Thank you so much for responding!

Dory, Change Owner is an implicit sync so there's no need for a Sync to SFDC here.

The flow should change the owner as indicated.
