Copy flow steps

I would like to be able to copy steps in a flow.  For example, if different emails are being sent out repeatedly over a period of time, I have to keep recreating a step
If City is Paris, Send email A
If City is Munich, Send email B
If City is London, Send email C

then wait, then send again.... recreate all the conditions......

I don't think I'm being stupid but I can't see a way to do this.  By the way, this is just an example, I use Dynamic Content and other more fancy features.  But I just want to know how to copy a flow step.

I think this exists on an idea out there - I'd find it and vote to keep pushing it up, if not, definitely submit it as one - I'll +1
