Converted Lead in SFDC vs in Marketo

Hi,
My nurturing programs use a 'Converted' status. Basically, this status looks for converted leads and I use it in a smart campaign. The smart list has two triggers:
- Lead is Converted
- Owner Changes with Older owner is empty and Owner name is not empty
The Flow pushes a Change program status and a Change status in SFDC campaign.
The number of members I get in Marketo is the triple of the one shown in the SFDC campaign Converted Leads line.

Is my campaign built properly or is SFDC calculating the Converted Leads differently?
Thanks!

Re: Converted Lead in SFDC vs in Marketo

Hi Marie-Pier,
In Marketo, a converted lead has an SFDC type of Contact. The discrepency that you may be seeing is that leads in Marketo with aSFDC type of Lead can still have a lead owner. So with the campaign you have set up, the Owner Changes trigger may catch leads who have not converted yet. They are simply leads with a lead owner.

Will,
I checked up again and all my campaign members are SFDC type Contacts.
