Q. In Marketo is there a way to compare fields and trigger a workflow if a match or tie exists? e.g. set of score fields that hold the same score? Do I need to use a webhook for this?
Basically what I am trying to create is: If there is a tie between a set of 8 score fields (example score 1 = 3 score 6 = 3 and score 9 = 3) then populate a field, e.g. text field named “score-match” with a value of true. Then use this field in campaign logic so it reads if field is “empty or false” then use current product interest field (this is a separate unrelated field that uses highest current score and product interest label of that score) to determine product track. Whereas, if score-match is "not empty or true" then use in workflow to add member to a smart campaign with a priority structure using choices and list membership to determine correct product track. Our stakeholder wants to only use priority of product track IF a tie exists.
