Is it possible to have different communication limits setups for people on internal workspace?
We normally send emails to 2 different lists:
List A is in Internal workspace (internal employees).
List B is in the Customers workspaces (customers from different countries).
We need that Internal employees receive all emails of all customers, so can we change the communication limits to only the employees on internal Workspace without changing the settings for Customers workspaces?
Additionally, is it possible to change communication limits per person and not the whole workspace?

I would just make all your internal emails operational, which will override comm limits.
