Hello!
We have an email with a CTA of "Schedule a Demo" which takes the prospect to our website that has a Marketo form on it. We would like to send a new email to those people that clicked the CTA link in the email, but did not ultimately fill out the form. Any ideas on how this can be accomplished?
Thanks!
Visited Page+Not Filled Out Form on X on Page Y
Thank you Josh! I assumed it was something fairly easy but couldn't figure it out.
Now I'm not sure if I am doing this right. This is what I want:
I want Marketo to listen for when that prospect completes all of those steps, and then wait one week and then send a follow up email.
It looks like if I use the filters as you suggest, there is nothing to trigger that email one week later. Is that correct? My plan was to use the trigger "visits webpage" but how do I tell Marketo to only send the email in one week if the DO NOT fill out the form on the page?
My apologies if I wasn't clear initially.
Make the first step in your flow wait = 1 week.
Thanks Kim. So can I combine a trigger of "visits web page" with a filter that is "not filled out form"? They have to visit the page and not fill out the form for the email to trigger.
Correct!
Thank you Kim!!
