Clicked link in Email constraint

Looking for verification on a constraint on the Clicked Link in Email filter. When I use the filter Clicked Link in Email and use Email = is Any and add the constraint "Min number of times" and use 2, will this pull all people who have:

Clicked a specific link twice in the same email

Clicked two times on the same email–regardless of which link

Clicked link two times - Any email, any link. Could be same link in one email or one link in 2 emails

The 3rd option: Clicked link two times - Any email, any link. Could be same link in one email or one link in 2 emails.

Depends on if you are declaring a specific link.

If not, then #3. 

If yes, then none of the above.  It would be Clicked specific link 2x in any email (if that same link appears in other emails).
